1. Leadership Summit | Ha Noi - March 4, 2026
190+ CEOs & senior leaders | Theme: "Corporate Culture – Competitive Advantage or Strategic Execution Risk?"

Generated strong resonance within the business community
Key insights from speakers:
Innovation Is No Longer the Story of a “Lone Genius”

Newing
“Innovation is not the result of a solitary genius, but the collective genius of a team. If an organization truly wants to innovate, it must recognize that innovation is a shared problem‑solving responsibility of the entire organization - not of any single individual.”
When Strategy Changes, Ways of Working Must Change

ABC Việt Nam
“Any meaningful change requires a deliberate process to build organizational alignment—clarity on why we are changing and how we will change. Corporate culture is not static; it must evolve through each stage of a company’s development.”
Culture Is Not a Slogan on the Wall

Tập đoàn Alibaba
“Culture is what you say and what you do. It is what people see and hear every day inside the organization. If your words and actions do not align, that is not culture - it is merely a slogan.”
2. SME Forum | HCMC - March 20, 2026

5 hard-earned lessonsfrom leading strategists

Don’t chase trends, and don’t blindly follow advice. Adopting AI or any technology just because ‘everyone says so’ is the fastest way to fail.

What we need to truly master is the idea of selling a feeling. The next 50 years will be a battle for emotion and experience, as today’s younger generation is willing to pay significantly more for them.

True power transition doesn’t lie in appointment papers - it must be a deep shift within the company’s culture

I have often told my people that we must always deliver on our promises, even if it means we lose money, because in business, trust is very, very important and is everything.

Family businesses must clearly separate ownership from management. Ownership belongs to the family, but management should follow professional standards appropriate to the company’s scale.
IV. NIM – Leaders Ready to Lead Change
FOC (Foundation of Change) – January 30, 2026 Successfully completed.

Thank you @Minh Giang for delivering such an energetic and inspiring training session. It was a truly practical learning experience for our leadership team. I’ll be applying these insights to redesign a topic around “Embracing Change” and cascading it to our members. It’s also important for our team to learn how to effectively accept and navigate change, just like what I’ve learned in change management.
We’ll continue using powerful coaching questions with members, such as: “In the face of this change, what opportunities do you see?” - and then guide them through the appropriate 8-step coaching process.
A big thank you to the organizing team for the thoughtful arrangements.
Wishing the program continued success ahead.
Stay in touch.

V. Innovation Culture
CASE STUDY Viet Uc Cooperation
From Cultural Transformation to Business Innovation
From Cultural Transformation to Business Innovation
In 2025, Viet Uc Seafood laid the first foundational stones for its transformation journey. Entering 2026 - the second year of partnership with Newing - the leadership team made a bold decision: to embed innovation as the organizational DNA.
When “Silos” Began to Connect
Immediately after the first module, the internal atmosphere shifted noticeably.
- A new cross-functional alliance was formed: Marketing × Sales × Production × Engineering - working side by side to craft the launch strategy for the company’s 2026 flagship product.
- 12 breakthrough business ideas were proposed, ready for implementation.
- A dynamic 12‑month internal engagement roadmap was designed to sustain innovation momentum across the organization.
The defining moment arrived in April 2026.
Instead of organizing a traditional technical seminar, Viet Uc’s Marketing team surprised the entire aquaculture industry with the launching series of the “VU S26 Super Squad” in a completely new format:
- A live-streamed event featuring vivid visuals and real-life case examples, breaking physical barriers with shrimp farmers nationwide.
- High-energy music and stage performances transformed what is typically an aquaculture industry event into a creative, large-scale showcase.
Conclusion
Viet Uc’s story is not merely about selling shrimp broodstock. It is proof that when an innovation culture is genuinely activated, industry boundaries can be redefined —and limitations once considered fixed can be broken.
CASE STUDY Golden Gate Group
3 Factors Behind The Coffee House’s “Revival” Under Golden Gate
Partnering with Golden Gate, Newing has observed one clear insight: The Coffee House’s transformation was not driven by a single breakthrough moment, but by the courage to change from within.
1. Restructuring to Truly Empower the Frontline
Golden Gate did not make minor adjustments; they changed the way the organization operates.
From a traditional multi-layered pyramid model, they shifted to a flat structure—where frontline teams are given greater decision-making authority.
2. Leveraging the Power of the Ecosystem
Instead of operating TCH as an independent brand, Golden Gate leveraged its entire existing platform: central kitchen, F&B expertise, and supply chain.
Within just four months, TCH rolled out a food menu across the entire system. The coffee shop became not only a place to “sit and drink,” but also a destination for quick lunches and dinners.

3. Using Technology to Serve People - Not Replace Them
The Coffee House did not chase short-term trends. Instead, it refocused on sustainable value: product quality and customer experience. Technology and data were applied to optimize cost control and operational efficiency.
Conclusion
The revival of The Coffee House is more than a financial turnaround story. It is a lesson in building an adaptive culture during the M&A process - where transformation is not only about structure, but about how people collectively reset, realign, and move forward together.
